Dr. McCoy is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at  LSUHSC University Medial Center in the Department of Pediatrics.  Her duties include teaching medical students and residents during their pediatric and behavioral medicine rotations as well as providing direct patient care.  Joslyn is also completing coursework to earn a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Children with autism spectrum disorders comprise a large portion of her patient population.  Joslyn can provide ASAC up-to-date information on behavioral treatment and assessment options, assist with identifying the needs of the parents and children with recent diagnosis.  She is a member of the Junior League of Lafayette and has had the opportunity to raise money and to volunteer her time for a variety of projects benefitting non-profit agencies and residents of Acadiana.
